Have shingles and need help....?

ok..so i have shingles for the fourth time now.....i have my first when i was 11...n now im 17.....i dont think i want to go to the doctor again as it is expensive and i have to wait for a long time at the clinic...so,i think i want to buy the medicine at a pharmacy...may i know which medicine to ask for??cause,i checked the internet and there are just too much option..i do not know which one to pick??so need help from experienced people here....please....cause it is quite widely spread now..
