Why does my hamster wobble?

My hamster tends to sit/stand up alot and when he does he wobbles like he is drunk or loosing balance. Please help soon, I don't know if this is serious or not. He seems very healthy otherwise and is always friendly looking to play. Im just wondering if wobbling is a sign of some kind of disorder...
