How much does it cost for an ultrasound to measure follicles for a patient with pcos?

I would like to know what are the costs for ultrasounds that are required to measure follicles in patients undergoing infertility treatment for pcos. I'm asking coz my insurance might not cover these costs..I live in michigan..if that contributes to the cost factor..
