Guys hi im just curius about is new york and north carolina the same as the way of leaving i want to come in t?

i want to come in the big convo guys if u are amerians and u are from california and you move to north carolina would u feel lost in a different state you as beeng american? or u feel like o yea; this is: my county? i want feel lost im american and its america all the same for you the way of leaving u get what i mean guys im from a nother county and i wanted to know about america if im from italy right and im from naples italy and i move to a different state of italy i would not feel lost guys because im italian and im in my own country and it dont metter to italians what part of italy they live its still italy its it the same for you americans guys please help
