Who's this voice? What's it about? (World Of WarCraft: WOTLK, Dalaran)?

In Dalaran on World Of WarCraft's Wrath of the Lich King expansion, (more specifically, likely- Talismanic Textiles in Dalaran) I'll visit to upgrade my Tailoring when, suddenly, a voice chimes off of a woman who yells different complaints about her body size or the clothes she's trying on. She's clearly quite upset. I've looked around WoWWiki, WowHead, etc. to get more information about this voice event, but can't find anything. Does anyone know anything about it and details of who it might be, if it's centered around a worled action. or even better, if anyone knows the scripting commands to fire them off so I can listen to them at will?
