Since my dad smokes I have been conerened with my health lately. I was wondering what a teenage girl should be getting for her health. How long should I be exercising and what should I do? What should I eat plenty of? I am a vegetarian by the way. Any vitamins? favorites: corn, green beans, ny, broccoli, pears, apples, gs, rice, and toast.will not eat peas or lettuce or regular beans. also not any melons. Help please and I would like a lot of good answers please.
