Cure for Multiple Sclerosis...?

So theres this competition called Future City, and this year the topic was to create an innovative thing that would improve the life of some one with a condition. Well we were working on a presentation and we stumbled across this thing called HAL. HAL basically allows the paralyzed to move by using the nerves. Well we had to fix that because MS patients have damaged nerves. So then we came across an artificial nervous system. Therefore the nervous system would allow HAL to work and would allow paralyzed MS patients to walk. For some reason we did not win the regional competition and did not get to go to the final competition even though we had more knowlege and the most unique ideas. What do you think of the MS innovation?
