Blood in my pooh alot of times?

Hello people want to ask you guys what it means if you pooh out blood heaps of times in a row and ive been getting it for a couple of months now and i just wanted to know what i could do about it and is it bad? sometimes it looks like some one had a nose bleed in the toilet!! HElP
